Hi Food Swappers!
I told a few of you that I would post the recipe for the dressing that I swapped at our last meet. Here it is! It’s very simple and just requires a blender or food processor.

Carrot Ginger Miso Dressing
2 tablespoons water
Put ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. I like to double this recipe so that I can have enough dressing for a few meals.
Tastes wonderful with avocado and butter lettuce.
